Budgie Island Florida - Meet The Budgies Before The Journey Begins!

     Follow me as I track 2 of my budgies, Calypso and Malutka, as they bond, successfully mate, then start their first family as a breeding pair. Day 1 of their journey will start when I purchase a bigger cage; hopefully soon. Until then, I will tell you a bit about myself and my budgies.

     About Me: Chelsie
     My name is Chelsie and I am 17. I live in Florida with my dad, step mom, and my grandparents. We moved to Florida (from Germany) after I was discharged from Meridell Achievement Center on May 23, 2010. I was admitted on December 23, 2009 due to major depression, suicide attempts and thoughts, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, self mutilation, and family conflict. Shortly after my discharge, I adopted my first 2 budgies, Calypso and Sky, on July 22, 2010. Next, I adopted Malutka on August 21, 2010, than Colada on October 9, 2010.
